Chicken Wing Rub ~ 30 wings
1/4 cup paprika, smoked or sweet
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix ingredients together in a air-tight container. Store in a cool place for up to 1 year.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Pour 2-3 Tablespoons of oil (I use avocado oil) onto the wings and toss. Sprinkle wings with a generous amount of the chicken rub and mix thoroughly to make sure they are well coated. Refrigerate wings until 1 hour before cooking.
Prepare veggies. We love blue cheese dressing along with Frank's Hot Sauce for our dipping sauces. Both work well with wings and veggies.
