Chicken Wings with Veggies & Dips

Cooking chicken wings in an air fryer is quick & easy. Just follow the instructions in the air fryer manual, and voila, you'll feast on these tasty morsels in a fraction of the time it takes to oven bake them.

Since receiving the air fryer from our son, chicken wings have been on the menu regularly.  Marinate the wings in oil and an herb rub Enjoy with your favourite hot sauce along with a few raw veggies.

Chicken Wing Herb Rub ~ 30 wings

1/4 cup paprika, smoked or sweet
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix ingredients together in a air-tight container. Store in a cool place for up to 1 year.

In a large bowl, add the chicken wings.  Pour 2-3 Tablespoons of oil (I use avocado oil) onto the wings and toss.  Sprinkle wings with a generous amount of the chicken rub and mix thoroughly to make sure they are well coated.  Refrigerate wings until 1 hour before cooking.

Prepare veggies.  We enjoy blue cheese dressing and hot sauce(s) for dipping.
