1 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp course salt
Mix ingredients together in a jar.
Store in a cool place for up to 1 year.
Taco Meat Mixture
In a heated skillet, sauté the ground meat of choice until it is no longer pink. Drain grease, if necessary. Sprinkle a generous amount of the taco seasoning onto the meat. Add a 1/4 cup of water or more, if necessary, into the skillet with
the meat. Mix thoroughly. Simmer until the water is absorbed. Serve on warm
corn torillas, whole wheat or flour wraps. Top with chopped onion, grated cheese,
salsa, hot sauce, cilantro and sour cream.
